Your reports help us keep our products secure

Have you discovered a security vulnerability in a FINNOFLEET product? Please report it to us. We take every report seriously, investigate it and keep you updated on its status.

What this reporting channel is for

This channel is intended for reporting vulnerabilities in our products and associated modules in accordance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

This channel is not intended for:

  • If you are a customer and have experienced a security incident within your organisation, please contact your usual support contact. This is the quickest way to reach us.

Provide the product and version

Please specify the product and, where possible, the exact version and environment. Without the version number, it is often difficult for us to clearly identify the vulnerability.

Describe the vulnerability

Describe what you have found and the impact you expect it to have. Steps that allow us to reproduce the behaviour are particularly helpful.

Provide supporting evidence

Screenshots, log extracts or a proof of concept – anything that helps us investigate the issue. Please do not include any real customer data.
