CEO transition at FINNOFLEET: Andrej Eichler hands over to Johannes Boppre

Mörfelden-Walldorf (Germany), 1st July 2026 – The FINNOFLEET Group has appointed a new CEO: Johannes Boppre takes over as CEO of the FINNOFLEET Group with immediate effect. He will also be the managing director of FINNOFLEET TXS GmbH and FINNOFLEET BMI GmbH. Johannes Boppre takes over from Andrej Eichler, who has been instrumental in building and shaping the Group over the years.

Andrej Eichler will leave the FINNOFLEET Group by mutual agreement with the shareholders and the Advisory Board on 30 September 2026. Until then, he will oversee an orderly handover to ensure continuity for customers, partners, and employees.

“Andrej Eichler has played a decisive role in shaping FINNOFLEET over many years and has driven forward the development of the Group with great dedication. For this, we owe him our special thanks,” says Thomas S. Senger, Chairman of the Administrative Board of the FINNOFLEET Group. “Johannes Boppre knows the Group, its products, its solutions and the requirements of our customers extremely well from his previous responsibilities. This experience creates a robust foundation for continuity in leadership and for the further technological development of the Group.”

Johannes Boppre was most recently Chief Technology & AI Officer of the FINNOFLEET Group. In this role, he was responsible for the Group’s technology and AI strategy. As CEO, Boppre will focus on the further development of existing solutions, greater automation of business processes, and the enhancement of the technological architecture.

“Lending, refinancing and receivables management functions across many financial institutions are under constant pressure to improve efficiency and modernise. Our role is to help financial institutions modernise established processes through technology, reduce manual effort and ensure regulatory requirements are met consistently and reliably. In my new role, I look forward to building on this direction at FINNOFLEET and further strengthen the integration of domain expertise, technology and automation,” said Johannes Boppre.

The Group’s continued technological development will therefore be a key focus of the new leadership team.
