Online Banking Activation (OBA)

The OBA kiosk handles the fully automated contract creation process, including the dispatch of login details and customer consent. It can be used at the KSC/DBC, in branches or directly by customers at ATMs, and increases the online banking take-up rate with minimal effort.

Online Banking Deactivation (OBD)

The OBD automated system handles deactivated or unused online banking contracts with ease, either as a follow-up task or when triggered manually, ensuring that your contract portfolio is always kept up to date and that the online banking activation rate remains accurate.

Savings Account Conversion: SB Savings Account (SBS)

The SBS automated system converts traditional savings books to the self-service savings book, optionally combined with an OBV investment and a switch to the electronic mailbox for correspondence. In this way, banks and savings banks reduce their costs through a straightforward conversion of their existing accounts.

Omnichannel communication (OKK)

The OKK system manages fully automated customer communications via email, text message and the electronic mailbox. Messages are sent in a multi-stage process at customised intervals, triggered by events such as a customer’s 18th birthday or the opening of a new account.

The automated processing systems have been developed primarily for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and are deployed within Finanz Informatik’s infrastructure. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding other banking groups.

Yes. The systems have a modular design and can be linked together to form automated process chains; for example, OBA and EPA for full online banking and e-mailbox activation in a single run.

 A trigger can be any event in the core banking system, such as a service request, a date, a customer event or a manual action by staff.

The process automation systems are designed to ensure efficient implementation. We support you from configuration right through to go-live and remain available afterwards to make any necessary adjustments.
